Finca Patio Bonito is a multigenerational family farm in Caldono, Cauca, run by Carlos Trujillo and his daughter Paola, a quality-driven cupper and post-harvest innovator. Across their high-altitude, 11-hectare estate, they cultivate more than 13 specialty varieties, including this rare Pink Bourbon, while championing soil conservation, biodiversity, and local farmer education.
