Produced by Oscar and Francisca Chacón at the renowned Las Lajas Micromill, this Black Diamond Natural microlot is crafted from exceptionally high-brix cherries of the H70 variety, a rare hybrid of Sudan Rume and Catuai known for its vibrant fruit expression and layered sweetness. Grown at 1,400–1,600 MASL on Finca Los Ángeles, the cherries undergo the mill’s signature slow-drying process, which intensifies clarity and complexity.

The cup bursts with vivid raspberry, smooth cacao, and deep black-cherry richness. Its plush, dessert-leaning profile pairs beautifully with our Pecan Pie Nut Butter, highlighting the coffee’s velvety sweetness and elegant fruit depth.
