Fazenda Capim Seco is owned and operated by Rafael Dias Pereira, whose family has been growing coffee in Carmo de Minas for generations. His grandparents, Isidro and Nazareth Pereira, were among the first producers in the region, and their commitment to quality still guides Rafael’s work today. On his 35-hectare farm, Rafael cultivates Yellow Bourbon and processes his coffee at the nearby family estate, Fazenda Irmãs Pereira, where the cherries are carefully dried on raised beds and patios.

This natural lot is smooth and comforting, with silky milk chocolate, soft almond, and a touch of ripe plum. As espresso, it pairs beautifully with our Hazelnut Cacao Butter, highlighting the coffee’s warm, dessert-like richness and its deep family roots.
